Scan a hang tag.
Follow it to the bulk order.

A sourcing team walks three days of a fabric show and scans 200 fabrics. By Monday, half of it is lost in WhatsApp threads and blurry photos. Here you'll walk the floor in two minutes: scan a tag, shortlist it, bring in the mill without showing your price, send a sample request and ask your moodboard a question.

Works on desktop and phone. All mills, brands and captures here are fictional sample data.

Try it · the show-floor loop

From the booth to the bulk order, in six taps.

This is the real DenimNotes flow, run in your browser. The phone on the right is the app. The tag reading and the AI are simulated here; in the product, OCR runs on the phone (no signal needed) and recall runs on Claude.

Which show are you walking?

Every capture is filed to an event, so months later you can still ask what you saw at Kingpins.

Scan a hang tag

Tap any tag. The phone reads the article number, composition, weight and wash code, then you edit, set a status and save.

Captured this session 0 of 3
No signal? That's normal on a show floor. The phone starts offline. Captures save on the device and sync when you're back on Wi-Fi, without duplicates.
Scan at least one tag to continue.

Your moodboard, already organised

Search and filter it in the phone. Tap any card to change its status. These numbers follow along.

Selections by millshortlisted, sampled or sent to maker
Sample data: 9 captures from your teammates Lena and Omar are pre-loaded so search and filters have something to chew on. Yours are marked "You".
Next: who sees what.

Bring the mill in. Keep your price.

Invite the mill to the record. They see what you selected and any sample request. They never see your price or your private notes.

Nominate it to a garment maker

The maker gets a development request with the fabric, your target FOB and the delivery date. Not the fabric price.

Status moves to "Sent to maker".

Send a sample request before you leave the booth

One page, built from your captures. Price is never printed on it.

The PDF is generated in your browser. "Send" is simulated: nothing leaves this page.

Ask your moodboard anything

Three weeks after the show, nobody remembers "that rigid denim under $3". Ask in the phone or pick a question here.

WHAT THE DEMO RAN over 0 captures
Ask a question and you'll see the exact filter that ran over your captures. Simulated in this demo; the real product answers with Claude over your team's captures, meetings and pipeline.
That's the whole loop.

Built for every role in the chain

One app. Four perspectives.

The same capture feeds four different jobs, so the data builds up instead of being retyped. Each party sees only what it needs.

The real product

Live at denimnotes.app. iOS, Android and web.

Esipick designed and built DenimNotes: the offline-first mobile app, on-device tag reading, role-scoped sharing between buyer, mill and maker, the web dashboard and the public site. Click to open full size.

Offline first

Captures live in a local database on the phone and queue until there's a connection, then sync without duplicates.

Privacy is structural

Each party's view is filtered on the server, not hidden in the app. The buyer's price never touches the mill's screen.

Recall that builds up

Every season adds to the record: what was shortlisted, what died and why, which mills convert. Ask instead of asking the person who left.

Stop losing the show by Monday.

We'll walk your team through DenimNotes on your own show calendar, or build the same kind of field app for your industry.
