It's 11:42 PM. The office is closed. Sophie just booked a tour.
Renters look for homes at night, and the first reply usually wins. Play a renter chatting with Sophie, the AI leasing assistant we built for a US rent-to-own housing operator, and watch the leasing team's lead card fill itself in: credit checked, tour booked, documents collected.
Takes about two minutes. Sophie's replies are scripted in your browser for this demo. The real Sophie runs on Claude and follows the same eight steps.
Leasing runs on speed. Nobody is on shift at 11 PM. Sophie is.
Chat with Sophie on the phone. Tap the suggestions or type your own answers. Alongside it is what the leasing team sees: a lead card that fills itself in as you go, and the clock that says nobody else was awake to do it.

Sample files for this demo. Nothing leaves your browser.
Simulated in this demo: Sophie's replies are scripted in your browser and nothing you type is sent anywhere. The real Sophie uses Claude, locked to the same 8-step flow.
Leasing team view
Updates live as the renter answersWhile the office slept.
This is what the team opens at 9:00 AM: every after-hours enquiry already qualified, booked or kindly declined. Your conversation from the demo is in there too, and it updates as you chat.
Overnight, 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM
| Started | Renter | Move-in | Credit | Income | Status | Tour | Docs | Step |
|---|
One guided conversation, eight steps, nothing dropped.
Sophie follows the exact flow the leasing team would, one or two questions at a time, always moving forward. Steps you completed in the demo get a tick.
Greeting
Welcomes the renter, explains the rent-to-own program and states the 600 credit minimum up front.
Tour date
Asks when they want to see the home and picks a day and time that suits them.
Credit score
Asks for an estimated score and explains the 600 threshold. A rough guess is fine.
Income
Captures annual and monthly income in one easy question.
Qualification gate
600 or above qualifies and moves to booking. Under 600 is declined kindly, with encouragement to come back.
Documents
Collects a government-issued ID and a credit verification screenshot.
Booking confirmed
Confirms the tour. Door code and showing instructions follow once documents are verified.
Close and follow-up
Thanks the renter, points them to the leasing team and sets up the after-tour check-in.
The hard part is the conversation. We built that first.
The conversation has to feel human, stay on script and never stall. That layer is live. The integrations that turn a chat into a booked, verified tour are the next phase, and we say so plainly.

In this demo the booking link, uploads and door-code message are simulated so you can see the whole journey. In the live build today, Sophie runs the conversation and logs every lead; the calendar, SMS and CRM hand-offs are wired in Phase 2.
Your customers ask the same questions every night. Let an assistant answer them.
Leasing, bookings, intake, support. If it's a repeatable conversation, we can build the assistant that runs it. Live in days, from $300.
