Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy or use services from Esipick ("Esipick", "we", "us") through esipick.tech, including the Quick Fix, the Growth retainer and our ready-made AI agents. They are written for businesses. If you sign a separate agreement or statement of work with us, that document comes first wherever it differs from these terms.

1. What we provide

We provide AI automation, custom software and ready-made AI agents, as described on our site or in the order or proposal at the time you buy. The Quick Fix is a fixed-price build of one workflow, usually live 3 to 5 days after kickoff. The Growth retainer and the ready-made agents are monthly subscriptions. Delivery dates are our best estimate unless we agree a date in writing.

2. Ordering and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Any taxes that apply are added at checkout, and a receipt is emailed to you.

Subscriptions renew every month until you cancel, and the renewal is charged to the card you used. If a payment fails we will tell you and try again. We may pause the service if it stays unpaid.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time by emailing Info@Esipick.com. It ends at the close of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Our refund policy explains when money is returned.

4. What we need from you

  • Access to the tools and accounts the work involves, and the authority to give us that access
  • Accurate information and feedback in a reasonable time, because delays on your side move our dates
  • Rights to any data, content or accounts you ask us to work with
  • Following the rules of the services we connect to, such as WhatsApp, Meta, Google and your email provider

5. Who owns what

Once you have paid in full, you own the deliverables we build specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, and you may use them as part of what we deliver. Ready-made agents and the retainer are licensed to you for as long as you subscribe, and we keep ownership of them.

6. Your data

We use the data you give us only to deliver and support the service. How we handle personal data, and the providers we use, is set out in our privacy policy.

7. AI and third-party services

AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for checking it before you rely on it, especially for legal, medical, financial or safety decisions. Our work depends on third-party services such as AI providers, messaging platforms and hosting. We do not control them, and an outage or a change on their side can affect what we deliver.

8. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the work. This does not apply to information that is already public, that we learn from someone else lawfully, or that the law requires us to disclose.

9. Our responsibility

We do the work with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, and as far as the law allows, services are provided as they are, without other promises. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost business. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending the agreement

Either of us can end the agreement if the other seriously breaks these terms and does not fix it within 14 days of written notice. We can pause or stop a service for non-payment or for use that breaks the law or the rules of a connected service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. If something goes wrong, please email us first so we can try to settle it directly.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the "last updated" date above and to subscription renewals after we have told you about the change.
